My Why Story

I have lived in Arizona my whole like I grew up in Gilbert. I love this town and all it has to offer. I went to Norther Arizona university in Flagstaff for my education. While working on my bachelors I did not know what I wanted to do or what my calling truly was. I started off as a Biology major and then switch to business to then finally decide on psychological science’. I Knew I liked Psychology but it still did not feel quite right. I have always had an interest in teaching. My father in an educator and my mom was at educator as well. I felt like I had a strong calling to the profession. When an opening came up in January 2021(mid-year) to teach second grade I knew it was meant to be. I have felt so t home at San Tan Charter school and in the classroom. I love teaching and feel that it is my true calling. I am excited for my first full year at San Tan!
